Two things

You may not know this about me but I love to listen to Chistmas music all year long. This also applies to watching holiday movies and reading Christmas stories any time of the year. Fortunately my kids dig them aswell so we get lots of mileage out of our festive collection.


We have recently added this gorgeous pop-up book by Robert Sabuda to our shelves. It's a lovely edition of Clement Clarke Moore's favourite The Night Before Christmas. This book is so clever, I'm going to make it a mission to hunt down his other pop-up titles.









We received this awesome chocolate Christmas tree today from Shauns' dad and step-mom who live down south. Unfortunately we won't get to see them over the holidays so this was a lovely surprise! Such a nifty take on the box of chocolates; the kids held back only long enough for me to take this photo!
